Freedom The Dialysis Holiday Specialist organises four group trips annually.  For 2009 we still have spaces on the Following:

December 2009 we will be returning to the popular destination of Playa de las Americas in the south of Tenerife.  Playa de las Americas is the largest tourist resort in Tenerife and caters for a wide variety of tastes with numerous restaurants and bars and plenty of shops.  We will be visiting Tenerife in December to enjoy some winter sunshine.  The Dream Noelia Sur is ideally situated for the hosptial and the facilities within the resort. 

Departing on the 8th December 2009 for 14 nights at a basis price of £778 per person based on two people sharing a twin/double room half board with pool view and private airport transfers.  We are organising the group through Prestige Holidays and every client will receive one complimentary entrance to the Spa Vistanova at the Hotel Gran Tacana.  As always a member of Freedom will be accompanying the group for the first week to ensure you all settle in.
